100L Spanish oak PX cask. Hints of Espresso crema and dark chocolate is met with dried cranberries and stewed prunes. Black cherries soaked in burnt Demerara sugar with a touch of candied ginger. Subtle clove and freshly baked pecan pie shinning through.
